Furthermore included in this new photograph disclosure is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up plans to develop the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Marked on the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in notations in red and contains a notes section identifying various parts of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be nine other property layouts and architectural plans, such as plans for boat shelters.
